Nero Scout
My father puts on Nero 8 and didnt like it. (making this brief as i have to leave in a minute) and uninstalled it. But Nero Scout stayed and he can't find a way to et rid of it, and it blocks him from installing his older version of nero...anyway any ideas how to get rid of? But i gotta go so...sorry if its a little vague.

Go find Nero Lite. It's an end-user project that provides up-to-date versions of Nero, stripped down, so you don't get all the crap they pack in there. It's Burning Rom only (ie. the only part of Nero anyone should be using). You still need a valid Nero key to use the software.
