Haha, yeah, I noticed that, too.

But it IS a neccessity for Windows.

Like what Fandingz said, Windows has bad security and is targeted towards attacks.

Microsoft Paint loads up so fast for quick copy/paste screenshot saving compared to Paint.NET. And with the Vista one you don't lose as much quality as with the 2K/XP version would
