Software to format SATA HDD

Like Boot 'N Nuke. That didn't work with my SATA hard disk, that's why I am looking for other.

In before "use windows' cd", I need to start this HDD from scratch.

Any OS you install on it will format it for you.....and if you already have an OS running and this is a storage drive, just format it from the OS.

why not just use the OS CD one? its the same thing!

if you wanna low level format it (zero drive, not a normal format) you have 2 options

1. get the disc to do so from the drive manufacturers site and run that
2. put it in another machine and get Active Killdisk
