Post GSdx 0.1.9 released

Gabest released another version for his GPU plugin for PCSX2, GSdx. As usual, no specific changelogs available, "only" a hefty number of fixes and improvements, judging from people's feedback in this thread


Note: recent DirectX runtimes may prove necessary. DirectX can be updated through the Web Updater or the up-to-date DirectX installer

Does the SSE3 plugin even work? It tells me that my CPU doesn't support SSE3, even though it's an Athlon 64 and CPU-Z disagrees.

SSSE3 =/= SSE3

Gsdx uses SSSE3 not SSE3.
