I know that i can make hundreds of mem cards but what would you think of a 128 Mb card so that i could save all my games on one mem card.

1) I really don't think it's possible
2) some people had coruption problems with memcard with too many saves on it anyway, so it's a good thing that it's not possible XD

I've made memory card images as large as 2Gb, and in theory they can be as big as 8Gb. However, as has already been mentioned in this thread, it's not really a good idea. Memory card support isn't 100% reliable in PCSX2, so it's only a matter of time before some game ends up corrupting your memory card image.

I have created a memcard 64MB with the mymc program.
Just one game corupted my MC and that was SMT Persona 3 but that does not work very well with the real one tough.
