Final Fantasy X - Stadium Crash

Both PCSX2 0.9.4 and Beta SVN277 crash at the begining of the game on the scene entering the stadium. Can anyone help me get past this bug?

UPDATE: It seems like only the VM version crashes. I tried going a little further with the TLB build but when I try to reload the Memory Card with the VM build it crashes immediately. Any suggestions?

(Screenshot was taken on my other computer that runs through fine.)

Err in case you didn't notice, you're not using GSDx, you're using ZeroGS.
Put it on GSDx and then post back with the results.
I had all sorts of problems with Zerogs and FFX, then I switched to GSDx SSSE3 and everything was fine.

You're using Vista , that's the problem. VM doesn't like it with FFX

He already said that he couldn't get much further with the TLB build due to crashing.
EDIT disregard this post, to the OP, always use the TLB build.

are u using an iso or an original dvd. If u are using an iso it will crash at many points in the game not just here. So what do u do? Download DVD Decrypter (it's free) and rip it with that. I had the same problems and ripped it with DVD decrypter solved it completely.

The screenshot was taken on another computer (Vista 32) that plays through fine with ZeroGS

TLB seems to be about 5fps slower than VM which makes some places playable but painful (15-25fps). I hope that's not my only choice.

That's right.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.

DVD Decrypter ISO doesn't work any better than the Nero image I was using. I guess it's the TLB version for now.

not on FFX ... if it works for you, you're lucky then. FFXII works flawlessly for example

I've just tried this part with the VM version of 239svn and gigaherz' dvd plugin. Got past that point, the videoscene was skipped though.

My other computer with Vista 32 runs through fine.
Maybe it's a Vista 64 issue?

actually, you are right, and you are wrong.

in some cases it works fine in vista, other times it doesnt. For example a crash with "the inn" on FFX was brought to my attention, i used exactly the same version, followed the instructions (which were to basically stand there), every time the other guy crashed, every time, i didnt.

Got him to try the TLB version, as a result he never crashed.

so while sometimes vista might work fine on VM, other times it wouldnt, so i wouldnt recommend using VM or at least try the TLB version if you are experiencing problems.

people tend to think if something works on their PC it works for everybody. it's not the case, VM sometimes works perfect for some people, sometimes it doesnt work at all for other people, sometimes it just has this little parts where it's not so good but works ok on the rest, basically TLB is more stable (even on XP) and that's it, it's just Vista has shown more problems with it

if it works fine on your PC well congratulations but it's not the case for everybody ^^
