PCSX2 goes to Browser!!

My PCSX runs at like a good 20-30FPS, and i boot up games, but it only goes to the browser where you click on the mem cards, it doesnt go in the game!! what am i missing, please help!! and ive checked the compatibility test, the games that i put in the disk tray work, so please help!!

Change the CD plugin to Peops instead of null.
