slow problem

I have problems with the speed emulator with every game and I do not know why because as I read comply with the requirements of pc I do not know if the drivers will be or something

I have 2.2 dual core
ati radeon x850pro
1gb ddr2

here the image of the drivers that I have

Download newer version of GSDX, you have a old one. http://forums.ngemu.com/ps2-plugin-q...7657-gsdx.html

Make sure you enabled everything in the CPU configuration screen. (Go to Config->CPU)
