.gme?

so im kinda confused on how to use save states from an external source relative to the epsxe...say i wanted to play a save state posted on gamefaqs or something...how would i be able to do that? what do i need to be able to do that? i heard something about converting .GME files to somethign else so that its playable by the epsxe, but could someone help me out? thanks.

by the way, im relatively new to this stuff too, just started playing around with it today, and testing it around with my final fantasy tactics...it is a GREAT emulator...(then again my opinion doesn't matter..its the only PS1 emulator i've played :S)

.gme is not a save state, it is a memory card. So if you want to use it just select it as a memory card and load the save with the ingame load feature.

Don't PM or ask me about VMP-MCR conversions. I will ignore you if you do.
