FF7 pec problem

Ok I have ff7.iso for my epsxe emu and it works great. I heard about PEC(PSX emulation cheater) and so I downloaded it. I then selected infinite gil, AP recieved=1000 and exp recieved=2000 and followed the PEC instructions one by one and started epsxe with the ISO. Well the cheats did not work at all. I've looked at plenty of sites about people using this version of PEC with ff7 and they say the cheats worked. Well I am using an .ISO file and not a CD so could this be the problem? There is an option on PEC that says "jump to game into drive." And obviously I cannot use this option since I am not using a CD. All I want is cheats for my FF7.iso Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. If I could get PEC to work with my ePSXe or if there is another program that works with ePSXe for cheats that would be great as well. HELP!!!

indeed you are. you are illegally playing the game because unless you live in a parallel universe where this type of thing doesnt exist, you couldnt possibly have obtained an ISO of the game legally without access to your cd. and it does not matter if you own the game or not either so dont try that excuse. this forum does not support piracy so if you want help, you are going to have to look elsewhere.
