FFX battle question

I'm using the pcsx2 0.9.5 and i just started playing ffx. it's going about 30 to 40 fps, which i can bear. but whenever i get to a battle scene, everything except for the little battle menu/options get flipped upside down. so all the characters and enemies are upside down.

soo has that happened to anyone else? if so, how may i go about fixing that?

this is not the pcsx2 section and WIP/beta versions are not supported in the forum.
