ffx crashing at a certain place; can i have some saves to try skip it pls?

hey guys im kinda new to this and i installed pcsx2 9.4 yesterday

the ffx was working ok(for about 5 mins) till i came to a location where Auron and the main character are running along the bridge escaping the monster(just after the first blitzball movie)

then the game crashes...i don't know why..i tried twice more and the game crashes("pcsx2 has stopped working" error )

being a newbie i could not figure out the reaso for this crash; a member suggested that if possible i can get save points past this location in the game to by-pass this issue.

do any of you guys have any save points past this issue? its not even 5 mins after the game starts..so probably i wuld need the first save-point in the game...even if its a couple afterwards its ok; but i hope i dont miss much of the game that way sniff sniff

thank you guys

try the latest PCSX2 beta from here, and use P.E.Op.S as cdvdrom plugin instead, with IOCTL and Read Ahead caching mode and "use additional 4mb cache" ticked

is all i can think of, and I think GSdx 0.1.4 has some trouble in the "look!" scene, it didnt pass from that part for me this time althou it didnt crash just didnt advance anymore, try GSdx 0.1.1 for it instead it works fine here in that part

other than that cant think of anything else, good luck

i tried the beta along with GSdx 0.1.1 and i got past that part; albeit for only a bout 30 secs or so cos it got stuck in the part following that...

i guess my only choice lies in getting some saved game file

My version of FF X works w/o probs too on any cdvd/iso plugin. But 'Auron Look' bug occur for some people and that's the way to deal with it.

Here's the thread with the prob and the solution.
