Thumbs up

The only really minor thing in the plugin right now is the F7 OSD, which isn't working. Apart from that, 0.1.0 is a really high quality release.

Merry christmas Gabest, thx for your hard work.

And happy holidays for everyone in the forum .

When i compile the plugin myself it says ( msvc14.00 - visual studio 2005 ) when i take the download from the site i get (msvc 15.00 - i think it is 2008 ).

WHat is the difference? could be any performance issue? i headr 2008 has better multicore support.

BUT
It is definately running faster than the FPS displayed.

In fact, it is running at twice the FPS displayed, based on my observations with FFXII and Disgaea 2.

I remember seeing this issue posted before, but that died down without a fix being found.

Frame skip is not on. I tried both Normal and Frame Limit.

Also, I've been able to get it to show the real FPS on FFXII once, but that was a random occurence.

Lastly, if I use Direct3D9 Software, I think the FPS is displayed correctly, but that's way to slow then...

Edit: Just added a pic to further illustrate.

It's hard if you use the mouse to move/look around.
It's because "Interlace Blend BFF". Tested on many games. It cut's 50% of the framerate in the FPS count, but the game continus working normal (normal speed).

Hi guys is there any way to slow down GSdx? Im using GSdx9 to play ffx however even though I have the limit set on cpu options the game runs at 500%+ speeds making it unplayable. I love the image quality but its no good if the game runs to fast.

Check your FFX patch file for a line like:
Code:
//Hypermode
patch=0,EE,001164d0,word,3c014280
.. and delete/comment out that part

I tested SNV Rev. 263 Build of PCSX2 and my Problem in KH2 (gery-screen) didn't appeared since I started testing...
So it Seems it was a PCSX2 related problem... and the speed whit that Build is the same as I had before (so the slowdown in 0.1.0 seems to be a small problems between the emu and the plugin)

Now I'm happy to be able to play KH2 ... Thx gabest for your nice looking plugin ^^

You want latest revision, you need to compile it yourself. And godwin said he didn't want people asking or offering unofficial svn builds....
