Best GPU???

what is the best gpu??

im running a GeForce 2 MX 400 AGP 64mb vid card

im currently runnign the pete D3D 1.55 gpu, but im wondering if d3d dx6 or opengl will be better? IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE?

also ther are a bunch of other gpu plugins out there, but i always come across pete's, his his gpu plugins the best?

p.s. what should be used d3d, dx6 d3d, or opengl??

(im playing ff8 rihgt now, if that makes any difference)

Yes, Pete's gpus are the most advanced available. For a GeForce, you can use OpenGL do emulate special effects that cannot be done on D3D. That's pretty much the main difference.
