usb joystick not working & npptools.dll not found

Hi all!

I just downloaded the last version 0.9.4.0, and I'm trying to play Guitar Hero for my first time.. I tried it before but with no success... and I'm excited with this new version of the emulator..

However I get the error "This application could not find NPPTools.dll" error.. when trying to access the configuration page.

On the configuration page as first controller I'm using SSSPSX PAD Plugin Pressure Mod 1.6.0, I could configure it mapping the right buttons with my joystick.. However when going in-game (I tried both Guitar Hero 2 and Guitar Hero - Rock the 80s) i cant get past the menu.. i cannot even select yes/no on the screen pressing all buttons on the joystick & my keyboard...

Does someone knows anything I could do about to get at least 1 control working?

I'm running vista64bits, PCSX2 TLB (the other version never runs, no matter how many times i reboot my computer)
I tried running into administrative mode / xp compability and nothing helped aswell..

My computer is a DualCore 2140, 4GB Ram, GeForce 8800 GTS

(I enabled MTGS/DualCore on cpu config aswell)

i had the same joystick problem - i downloaded the 1.7 joystick dealie and am all set now
