Tricky question. Maybe she can make one user for her, allowing everything, and another user for her son and daughter, with restricted acess to webcam?

Actually, she wants to use just webcam for herself to talk with a friend. She don't use aim at all but want to use password on her son/daughter's aim so they can use aim but can't use the webcam at all but herself with password. But how ? Thanks.

As far as I know, this is not possible. You could possibly look into restricting specific USB device to specific user accounts, but even then it's iffy.

Hmmm... What can I do ? She really wants to use webcam with her relative using his son/daughter's aim but do not want them to use webcam however for herself. She do not want to unplug webcam and hide it every time she is done with it.
