Trouble with Theme Hospital
I have a pal version of Theme Hospital that I am trying to get to work, and it loads and plays the opening cinematic fine until it gets to the bullfrog logo and than it just gets stuck on that screen and the only thing I can do is exit ePSXe. Anyone know how I can get this to work properly?

Try another emulator like pSX emulator (reportedly doesn't work in 1.10 but maybe might work with the latest version? (doubtful)) or psxeven (i think i tried it with this one once and it didn't work, but i might be wrong, try both decompiler and interpreter cpu modes, maybe?). This game doesn't seem to run on most emulators. Old thread about this (doesn't mention pSX as it's a very old thread): http://forums.ngemu.com/problems-gam...-hospital.html |

Try a different emulator, or any of the basic troubleshooting steps cited in the sticky at the top of the forum you posted in: Quote:

Well I tried PSXeven and got a little bit farther (I could actually choose the language, put in a name, and than get the the main menu) but windows would come up saying it had an error and had to close when I would go to start a new game. I was just thinking maybe someone plays this game that maybe would know a sure fire way to make it work.

well I went through just about every emulator I could find and the only one that seems to work is VGS (With the exception of some small graphics problems) but I can't save my game with VGS. Is there like a memory card add one for VGS?
