Question EPSXE plugin problems

I have a new pc with winXP on it and any time i go to config wizard and load bios it will say unable to find WNASPI32.dll. Any1 know were i can find this files¿?¿?

Could you try not to use such big letters(except if you have some kind of eyes problems).
