If you can show me a single screenshot of a game which is looking better on
bleem!-PC (hw/accel. mode) than with my ogl/d3d plugins, I will do everything
I can to improve the plugins

(of course I already do whatever I can do to improve them... still I doubt
you will find a game... )

2D? yes...use bilinear filtering (NOT without sprites)...
I don't really like it in 2D games actually....

no, eagle or 2xsai mode is not possible I think....
the filtering looked good on those chocobo racing screens of yours though, but then again that's a 3d game with 2d sprites, not entirely 2D....

and everyone has different tastes of course...I like the blurring that nvidia cards do very much, others hate it.

If you have a Voodoo card, try Lewpy's Bilinear Filtering option. Looks good IMHO.

Yes it does. I get 2d graphics that look as good as Super Eagle mode. Make sure you have the latest Drivers for your video card and don't be afraid to play w/the various options in the plugin. It can be achieved.
Pete, don't worry, your GPU plugins put bleem! to shame. Bleem!'s graphics can't hold a candle to yours.
sincerely,
sx/amiga

Try the standar mode in the games 2d instead of the extended mode
Not very used , but the scanlines option are very well in games 2d, 800 x 600 scanlines, it is the best option

The king? Naaaa... Lewpy is Queen Mum, though ;P

The 2D tiling glitch with enabled filtering has been discussed over and over,
and I would have been really suprised if bleem!-pc would have had a solution
for it... as far as I remember bleem!-pc has big problems with texture
alignment (even if filtering is disabled).

As a matter of fact I've tried several ways to get around the problem a few
weeks ago, but without success (sometimes the tiling was a bit harder to
see, and sometimes part of the screen was ok, but nothing was a real
solution...)

Well... we'll never give up, will we?
