Using NullAica with either NullPVR or Chankast Video plugin should limit the FPS to 60 Automatically. Currently the Chankast Audio Plugin doesn't limit speed thus games run faster than normal.

Frame Limiting is done from the NullAica Plugin.

What do you mean? It's included in the archive when you download nullDC, unless you downloaded some repack without certain plugins off of an unknown or non-reputable website.

If you download nullDC from the projects website, or here at NGemu everything is already included in the package except bios of course since it is obviously illegal to redistribute.

Sure, the limit is on the nullAICA (sound) plugin. NOT ON THE VIDEO ONES.You can try to read the !@#~#@$% readme, it explains all that you know ...

Yeah as drkraziel stated, I even mentioned the same thing above. The frame limiting is done by the nullAica plugin , the Audio plugin for nullDC. It is not done by the Video plugins nor the Chankast audio plugin since they don't support frame limiting at this time.
