XML editor is for new patch format, I didn't see any guide for that atm. A simple way is use notepad and type in your patch just like you had up there then rename the patch file as your game CRC number. To get your CRC number, enable console in misc option. Enable patch in misc option. Then refer on your pcsx2 console it will displayed CRC=xxxxxxxx something like that. That xxxxxxxx is your game CRC. Now rename your patch file(that *.txt) into xxxxxxx.pnach.

from savestate we can see the crc of the game we are running ...
<crc>.000, <crc>.001, so on.
sometime bad DVD game (bad / unreadable sector) gives different crc, rename it so the patch file match with the crc

I wanted to say thank to this thread.

I had a little problem to actually make my .txt file into a .pnach file (it would never save as .pnach, simply naming the file with my crcnumber.pnach wasnt enough), but opening a already existing .pnach file with wordpad, and then doing "save as" with the Crc number and replacing the already existing content of the file with what was said earlier in the thread worked to make the patch (and without erasing the already existing file since it's "save as...".

The patch works great, I really did get a boost of even more than 10fps.
