Have you enabled MTGS and Dual Core mode in CPU settings? And you've tried having bilinear filtering + AA4x disabled too?

He was referring to: Computers that are running Windows XP Service Pack 2 and that are equipped with multiple processors that support processor power management features may experience decreased performance Also a lot of Core 2 Duo motherboards come with settings in BIOS enabled by default which slows down performance so you might look into a BIOS guide to get those useless settings changed that only slows down. EDIT: sounds like you may be affected by a bug I recently found out with my own comp: http://forums.ngemu.com/ps2-plugin-q...look-here.html
