Hey, I'm trying to record some audio from one of my Xbox games. What tools what I need to do this? I'm looking for a better solution then a microphone next to a speaker. Thanks.

When i record sound from my telle, I use a line in plugged into the headphone socket, and use the optical in on my MP3 player. Itworks quite well, I can get 128kb/s mp3,thats how I do it anyway.

Xbox RCA cables > RCA to 1/8" jack converter > your PC sound card line-in > WAV editing software
