hello i want to know how to emulate this roms megaman battle network double team and megaman zx, i need the best emulator for this games and how to save

No$gba doesn't play ZX. I believe you can play Double Team though.

you mean how, there are only two options for savetype you should choose from, either 64k eeprom or 512 flash , try 64k since megaman zx requires 64k, but zx is not campatible.
