Hardware upgraded...Problem

Hello,today i received my new Athlon X2 5200 2x1024kb L2 Cache,a new Motherbaord Asrock AliveNF6G-DVI ,1Gb DDR2 Ram.
I installed all the drivers(I hope),Nvidia driver ,directx 9.0c.
But now i have a problem in pcsx2 and in general i think.
When i disable DC i get 100fps and if I enable it I get 100fps too,so it isnt using my both Cores. What can I do,what do I need.

Also i am using WinXP SP2

Also something strange is that Everest doesnt detect my Motherboard and my CPU.
So something I think is missing.
Any help would be very apreciate.

Also where i can see how much one Core is used?

Thank you.

Are you using only "Dual Core Mode" option?

Because it is write that this option works only if you turn on MTGS too(first option)

I don't know if it's true because I don't have dual core cpu

you havent actually said, what game are you trying? cos some show little to no improvement where others have large speed boosts.

Also you have AA and BF off in ZeroGS right? cos your graphics card may be bogging it down if it has too much to do.

i think you feel the differences between dualcore ON and OFF only in more graphic intensive scenes like the beginning of the mihen highroad,
this point when you leave luca.

how much fps do you get in the FFX opening theme?
the point when you see the weapons on a small hill on sunset.

i get ~100-110 fps there.

I tried like you said. When the camera aims at the middle of the fire its like 50+- some fps with dc and 48+- without dc.When the camera is behind kimahri its like 42 with dc and 38 without.
So dc gives me 2-4fps more is that normal?

EDIT:HAHAHA Just Noticed something.I believe Barius or how his name was was right because with my old Athlon 64 together with my 6800gt i lost at maximum 2fps when i turned AAX4 on.Now I lose about 20 fps when i turn it on LOL DAMMIT^^

EDIT 2:I Just made some screenshots to show you.

At least its normal for me to have almost no speedgain with the dc option switched on. i was asking that too some time ago but nobody really could help me. i think its because windows automatically uses both cores for all apps. if you find out what this might really cause, please pm me.

Your gpu may be bottlenecking your cpu's performance. Try the 256 color trick and toning down the graphic settings.

This has nothing to do with his GPU, that he doesn't get a speedboost with his DC option.
I don't get a speeddrop when turning it off either in FFX, and you can't say the same about my GPU.
