Doh;Onext stupid question

0.9.4 release it be a x64 os aplication??Or performance in x64 procs??
I need a x64 OS,or only x64 proc?


When i have x32 windows,0.9.4 is for nothing to me??

0.9.4 will have a 32bit and 64bit version.

As far as i know it will be both 64 and 32 bit... but people with 64 bit OSs (and a 64bit CPU to run it), should get a speed boost

Only x64 OS's complete with 64 bit hardware and drivers will be able to run the x64 builds.

But will this boost be noticeable? I meen are we talking about 3-5 FPS or 15-20FPS!?

If you try to look at it that way, you're never going to get a solid answer. Depending on the game and how efficient the recompilers will be, I'd venture to guess that the increase could be anywhere between 5-50% increase, depending on the game. We won't honestly know until the x64 builds are ready and we get our first run on them.
