Which of these 2 PCs would be better for PCSX2?
Hi mates. I have searched a bit around the forums and read some FAQs, but I still have some doubts whether it is more important for running PCSX2, the CPU (Core 2 Duo) or the graphic card (nVidia). I am planning to buy a nice laptop after some years of having ****ty ones. But I don't want to spend TOO MUCH. The decision is between a Dell Inspiron-> http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=001&sspagename=STRK%3AME WA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=110132698164&rd=1&rd=1 and a Rock Pegasus-> rock :: Configure your Pegasus 665 I can't spend more money than that, but I think both of them are quite nice. The problem is...Which one is better for PCSX2?? (As I said, I don't know if the graphic card is more important than the Ghz it can reach, or if it's the other way). Thanks, and I hope not to bother you with these kind of question.

I'd say go with the Dell one, its cheaper but with better components.

The Dell IMO. The CPU is going to neck you before the GPU does. Still, I would rather spend that much on a desktop with much better components and get better performance.

The Dell. Though to get a laptop capable of running PCSX2 is rather strange thinking. For about significantly less, you could get an equivalent/higher end desktop.
