Question Where's bleemcast all of a sudden?

I was surfing around the bleem! boards and I happened to see the reply of the topic I posted. I checked the one of the online retailers of bleemcast! to see if the report was true and true enough, I saw they were not selling bleem!dc for GT2 at all! What's happening? Is there another case that Sony is throwing out at Bleem Inc? If anyone of you knows what happened, please let me know. I like to see how emulation stands out in legal circles.

no, just *some* big store's.

look out for the lawsuit, because if what we've heard is true, sony has/is act/ed/ing very illegally.

Cool

Remember that bleem, inc. already has filed a lawsuit against Sony for unfair business practices (I think there were some other charges as well, but that's the important one). They can't file another suit for the same charges. Granted, all of this is additional evidence of Sony's monopolistic practices, but as I said in my previous message, if they manage to get bleem, inc. out of business before it goes to trial, they're basically home free...
