For anybody after a new monitor (in UK)

just been informed about this bargain

Viewsonic VA2012W-2 20" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Silver/Black

no DVI socket, VGA only, but hey for £117 its a bargain!

I realise this is kind of spammy, but its a deal not to be missed, and its not fake ;p

wow, in my hometown there was a sale of at least just as good monitors for £50 this fall, they only had 10 samples though...

A darn good price for a monitor like that. How does the quality of Viewsonic compare to the likes of Samsung, LG and Acer?

It sounds a bit like a B-brand.

Also, from reading an article at Anandtech yesterday, it seems hardly any monitor really used the refresh rate they advertise with. Which was a pretty big revelation to me.

now I've seen everything. Refraction spamming in the regular forum.

JW but why is that deal so sweet? How much do you normally pay for a 19" monitor?
