ePSXeCutor is a frontend for ePSXe, that allows you to create multiple configurations and choose which one to use every time.

BTW, ePSXeCutor is not meant for cheating. The "Cheats" tab is used to load a few fixes, necessary to get some games to run properly (like Breath of Fire IV and Thousand Arms). If you want to use cheats in games, use PEC or CEP.
