Can I play PSXPSP games on ePSXe?

I could only find Intelligent Qube in a format called PSXPSP, i'm assuming it's for the PSP firmware upgrade that allows you to play PSX. Since there's no way I'm buying that piece of crap could some kind soul help me figure out how to play this game on ePSXe? Is there something I have to do to the file or should it play fine the way it is? When I unrared it i got a .bin file called "KEYS" and a .PBP file with some generic name. Anybody?
