Gotta say now that i seen a few more eps i'm even more surprise how you could be so wrong about Akito... his even more reliable then i remember... his only true defects are being to rash and hot-blooded... Maybe the style which is used to portrait the story is what you couldn't get used to, since the genre for this is unique (it being a space comedic opera).

Finished Nadesico, for me the show was perfect from start to finish i just loved everything about it. I got everything i wanted from this show, comedy, a bit of drama, romance, action, interesting cast, nice music, catchy op, nice sounds, nice voices & while a bit screwy quite an interesting story. Next up is the movie Martian Successor Nadesico Prince of Darkness.

Finished Martian Successor Nadesico Prince of Darkness, it was just awesome  , this goes as my second most favorite anime for sure.I wont lie though... Black Selena is the most awesome (or at least one of the most awesome) mech i've seen:  Next up is Irresponsible Captain Tylor:

Irresponsible Captain Tylor is a nice idea but imo it doesn't go far enough and moves too slowly.

One thing i'm starting to don't like though... Tylor is just a lucky genuine idiot... he doesn't compare to Yurika... sure Yurika was also a klutz and a bit of a baka in her behavior but despite that she was a strategic genius with a sharp mind... not just lucky...

Still the anime does crack me up especially every time i see Jason (his part of the Marines) i can't stop loling: Edit: Damn schumi your right he is sharp  , well i ain't be getting my hopes high but there's still chances for the protagonist of this anime.

Finished Tylor it was a good anime, especially since that Tylor also seems to have a sharp mind and an interesting way of thinking, btw Schumi you also saw the movies and the OVA's right ? Cause that's where it shines, not that the series was bad, the only complaint i have with it is that its a bit to open ended... Anyway up next Terra e: A few of the costumes are kind of gay... but i hope the show is good.

Nah unfortunately I haven't seen the OVA's or movies, that may be why I found is disappointing.
