Help
well this is the first time i tried playing a ps2 game on pcsx2 and im havin a bit of trouble... I have the emu configured as follows: Final Fantasy X(U) Configuration PCSX2 v0.9.2 VM Build ZeroGS 0.96.0: 640x480, PS3.0, 0aa, no bf P.E.Op.S SPU2 1.60.0 Linuzappz ISO CDVD driver 0.50 SSSPSX PAD 1.7.0 CPU: EERec, VU1Rec, VU0Rec, In menus i get 120fps+ in game i get 15-20fps... anyone know how to make it play better? i have a x1600pro 512mb, p4 2.4ghz,1gig of ram, peace I tried both tbl and vm version, they both seem to be the same :/

Yeah, with a Pentium 4 it doesn't really get much better than that. Sounds like you have the same one I did (2.4 Ghz P4C Northwood), and those were typical speeds for me too. Even today's newest processors wouldn't do too well if dual core and multi-threaded GS weren't available.

oh well its still fun playing it, less than 20fps in large areas, 30+fps in temples and buildings great job pcsx2 team
