Cheating in PCSX2 Guide
Well, i really dunno wheter this guide had been already posted in this forum or not, but....why not? xD~, really sorry if this had been posted already in this forum m(_ _)m Requirements : -PCSX2 0.81 or 0.90 (0.92 didn't work for now, i guess ^_^ ![]() -Phaste 1.2 (-Irregular Child-) -A scientific calculator provided already by your os :P I'll be doing this guide step by step by using Final Fantasy X International as the guinea pig :P Let us say now....you wanted to make the gil goes beyond your imagination, so here we go ^_~ 1. Open your PCSX2 and run the game (ofcourse...) 2. Open Phaste and click [Snap pcsx2], you'll see something like this : ![]() 3. Now check your game, and see how much gil you have (in my terms, i have 69.184 gil left) ![]() 4. Remember this parameter : [FF13579C] .. Hex (MAX4Byte) [S99 ] .. Dec (1BYTE 00-FF(255)) [M9999 ] .. Dec (2BYTE 0000-FFFF(65535)) [L9999999] .. Dec (4BYTE 00000000-FFFFFFFF(4294967295)) [$Hello ] .. String (MAX255char) [T5.0 ] .. Float 5. Your gil now is 69184, in that case you should go for the L parameter , input this : ![]() then click param search and then look at below it, with something like this : ![]() Remember the Eight first digit (In my case, 0031CE98) 6. Now click [WriteMemory] 7. You'll see something like this : ![]() 8. Now go input that eight first digit i mentioned above in the address box 9. Let's say you wanna make your gil into 999.999.999, go open your calculator and convert that 999xxx decimal into hexadecimal, then you'll have this : 3B9AC9FF 10. Go input that hex you already have in the data box by deviding it into a two-two categories, started from the right (so for 3B9AC9FF goes to FFC99A3B), just like in this ex : ![]() 11. Click Write and... 12. Tadaaaa, the richest guy in all over Spira :P ![]() Well that's it folks ^_~ For more advance one, like a command joker or sumthing like that...well...i hope da masta' nachbrenner will make a guide for it ^_^ Credits and all hails goes to : Nachbrenner for mentioning Phase tools in his webbie and PCSX2 team and Phase (-irregular child-) EDIT : Another alternative and better way is to use the guide CKemu wrote :P Last edited by aNgGaCKt; December 16th, 2006 at 09:39.. |
