Disgaea slowdown

Ive been using zeros graphic plugin for all the games ive been playing so far. After playing Disgaea for a while and making it to Mid-Boss for the first time it automatically just slowed down on that map and it was near impossible to move the cursor. All the other maps worked just fine when i restarted but it still just slowed down at Mid-Boss. So i decided to switch to the other one Gsdx9 but there is text problem talking to NPCS. Is there anyway to fix it?

I had the same problem with GSDX9 and PAL version. I try all the resolutions with all the refresh rate, and still no luck. In the end I try with NTSC version of the game, and it worked like magic.

The game is waaay too time consuming for each level...well not really since it doens't take long to complete the game but the times u have to level just to get ur guys to level to get on with the story is wayyyy tooo sloooww...although the game only goes for like 20hrs...lol...and takes longer with a lower FPS...oh wellz...disgaea 2 after this +P

I have the same problem! If I use Gsdx9the text box is blank but the FPS is Good. I heard that only the PAL Disgaea have this problem and the NTSC work fine with Gsdx9.
