FPS problem

When I'm playing Marvel versus Capcom 2 I get only about 1fps-12fps is something wrong?
I used the ZeroGs plugin and change the graphics settings to low as posible
Here are my pc spec
p42.7ghz
768RAM
9600pro(256MB)
now I change the VUskiping to normal and the priority to high and there are some fps improvements but its still unplayable

Nope, nothing wrong. PCSX2 is an emulator, and as such it requires a very powerful computer. You should be able to play some games at a decent speed (20-30fps), but you won't play anything at full speed with that rig.

Hmm, well, you should check the screenshots thread and search the forum for examples of other people's results.

Also, 2D games tend to work better using GSdx9 w/o MTGS (not supported by GSdx9).

rig

hehe! coz playstation processor is not the same as our desktop computer. my RIG is A64 i can get aframe rates 0f 20fps but when i try to overclock to 2.6 gig from 2.0 gig i can get only a 25 to 35 fps hehehe, thats the advantage of my RIG. But dont worry pcsx2 emulator is as early program it may improve a lot soon!!!!! Why dont you enable MTGS since ur processor is HYperthreading enable?

PC GAME != PCSX2

Very different mechanics involved. There several threads on this topic, search around and you can find alot of info about it. Also, the blogs on pcsx2.net have some detailed explanations about why an emulator requires so much power.

Please remember, people, that we are part of an open beta test. As long as the version number is below 1 (and 0.9.2 is below 1) we don't have a "final release".

Suck it in, get used to bugs and don't expect a retail program.
