First of all overusing emotions and using text like that is not going to help you in anyway. First of all pcsx2 is a WIP emulator that requires a very high end rig to play games at enjoyable speeds. Try posting your pc specs and plugin config, and we will see if theres anyway we can help. |

did you follow the configuration guide listed here as a sticky post? if you did, and it's still that slow, there are only two ways to run it faster: - you can buy a new cpu and graphics card (a core 2 duo e6700 and a 7900gt would be good upgrades), or - play dark cloud on your ps2 instead, which will be full speed ps2 emulation requires a very fast computer, and some games won't run at full speed even then. for such demanding games it's best to just play them on a real ps2. |

The Penitum 4 is a fairly weak cpu, I wouldn't expect much from it. You are also using a 25 dollar (US) GFX card that has 32mb of onboard ram. I wouldnt expect much more than what your getting. Either upgrade your machine (Dual Core CPU / GFX card that is'nt pathetic) or just stick to your PS2 and just use pcsx2 as a hey look how nice it looks sort of thing. |
