battle stadium slow fps

I've :

pentium 4 3ghz

1gb ram

geforce 6800 gt 128mbram

Is it normal that in battle stadium i play with 10, 11 fps?

how can i do to resolve the problem?

geforce 6800 256 mb ddr3
hd 160 gb
