upgrading graphic card

Can the ATI Radeon 200M card in my nnotebook be upgraded in anyway. I have tried downloading it on the internet at the site but i have no idea what to do next. Everything just seems to be the same. When you upgrade a driver does the name change for the driver or will it stay the same?

It doesn't change, drivers are like, well drivers in real life, it doesn't change the car or it's performance. Sorta....
