You mean my PC GHz, RAM and so on?

Here they are:
AMD Sempron 2 GHz(2800+)
1GB RAM
Grafic card: HIGHTECH EXCALIBUR RADEON 9550SE Series - Secondary (Omega 3.8.252) (128 MB)

Is my PC not good enough for the program or is there a other problem.

P.S.My BIOS works properly

(A) Sempron does not support SSE2, so you must use the TLB version of PCSX2 (pcsx2t.exe)

(B) I don't think your gfx card supports Pixel Shader 2, in which case you cannot use ZeroGS plugin, you must use GSdx9 and configure it to use PS1.4.

(C) Not all games will work, look in the compatibility list (Help->Compat List...) to see if your game has the status "Playable", if not then try another game.

hey ... i thought sempron socket 754 2800+ (2Ghz palermo core) support up to SSE3 ... (also support 64 bit)
komichslo : your rig should be enough to play FFX at 18-25 fps
