Question Anyone knows good fighting games for PC ?

Back again, for a quick question.

We have many great fighting games available on consoles, but we have yet to see that many, if at all any for the PC platform (assume for Windows).

So... Please list some fighting games available in PC versions. Possibly LAN-playable ones.

Latest one I got, overjoyed was that One Must Fall Battlegrounds, succesor of the awesome (in gameplay, and re-released as freeware in 1999) One Must Fall 2097. It sucked like there's no tomorrow, and buggy like dung beetle.

It would be very appreciated if you contribute.

The Gulity Gear series is a good go for your PC especially the Guilty Gear XX #Reload version.

Hum;three games but they are old:

-battle arena toshiden
-Virtua fighter 2
-street fighter 2

I don't know if they're lan playable but they were fun when I played it in solo....

I play Guilty Gear Isuka sometimes too, but it's nowhere close to Tekken and the likes. Not sure if XX is significantly better.

Mortal Kombat 4 was also unfulfilling.

virtua fighter 2 and last bronx are old, but they're some of the best IMO. Both work under XP too, but might require some trickery before they run properly. Being ports from Sega themselves, they're right up there with the Saturn versions in terms of gameplay.
Afaik VF2 has some sort of multiplayer too.... dunno about Last Bronx.

If you need help getting them to run properly, just ask.

You won't find any good fighting games for PC.
The only decent one was MK4
and this games have their limits.
That's for 3D fighting.
2D, go for guilty gear.

I stand by my Virtua Fighter 2/Last Bronx comment. Those games rule, they're just being.. old.

yeah, the only way to play good fighting video games in PC is through emulation try arcade emulators like kawaks and nebula or something similar or play MVSC2 and Soul Calibur on chankast

Mortal Kombat Trilogy for Pc is rather good IMO.
And as mentioned GGXX Reloaded is really good, way better than Isuka.
