Breath of Fire 3 Freezing Problems

When I try to run during a battle or certain screens load, it just freezes the characters don't move and the game locks up.

I currently use

psx emulation cheater 2.5 - P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.17

Window Mode 800x600
Color Depth 32bit
Stretching: Scale to window size
Dithering: Always dither g-shaded polygons
Use FPS Limit/Auto Detect FPS
Scanlines Disabled

My Hardware: ATI Mobility Radeon X300

Make an ISO

I'm Currently using a ISO. I own the game but that freezes too.

no, he said make an ISO. from what you just said, you downloaded one. make it off your own game.

and dont use PEC, see if it goes.
