Cannot start game

Hello everyone
i installed pcsx2 0.9 and found usa bios, i can start emulator and see interface but cannot start game. i see just 2 options , browser and system configuration. when i choose browser options, see 2 memcard but empty. i cant enter the game. the game is Winning Eleven 10. what should i do ?
