changing ff7 orgin country?
Hi, Heres the story: I recently got ff7 to play for the third time, and since I lost my other one, I bought one from e-bay. The version I got was the European release, I played through the entire game, until I got the the 3rd disc, and when I went to try to fight Ruby Weapon, I couldn't find it, I found out that hes only on the internation and us release, so I got the us version hoping I'd be able to load the save file from there, but when I load a save I made on the european version(via the emulaters save function) on to the amercian version, the game emulater freezes and gives errors when I try to leave/enter a room/town(if im on the world map), and the save doesnt even show up at all if I try to load the memory card save. So, I wanted to know if there was any way to get it to work, I was wondering if there might be a save game converter or something, I'm willing to try anything, I spent a lot of time playing already, and I don't have enough time to replay the entire game again. |

Do not use savestate, use memorycard and convert it to other version with PSXmemtool (you must know the game code which is on cd (eg. SLPM_123.45) btw: the files on FF7 cd are hidden).

.bin? hm memorycards are usually .mcr, even in pSX, try to rename it to .mcr.
