Convert Code Breaker Cheats to PNACH Files!

Hey,

Needs some help converting the following code to a pnach file:

Codebreaker
Infinite Health 435EBC5A A1E0F29C

I've tried what what I think is every way possible and believed I followed the tutorials here pretty closely. And here is my latest attempt:

gametitle=Ys The Ark of Napishtim [SLUS 209.80] [EF9E43EF]

I've even got no luck working the in cheat console in PCSX2. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Use either the current public beta of 0.9.7, or the latest revision, and try the following code:

But everytime I try to use it with the emulator the game doesn't start and it shows this in the console:

PS: I'm using PCSX2 r1159
For other games I use newer ones but the first fatal frame either is too buggy to work proprely or its too damn slow!
This is the only version that its fully functional at almost 100% speed

i didnt have any trouble with the .pnach file so far but i cant get my pcsx2 to find the file it gives me this error for both patches and cheats.

ex. No patch for this game in the Database.
[wx] can't open file 'cheats\f266b00b.pnach' (error 2: the system cannot find the file specified.)
No cheats found. Resuming execution without cheats...

so any1 who can tell me where to put the files exactly so my emulator can find them thanks

ok this is how i have it set up but comparing it to what i saw in the rest of this thread im guessing its wrong but anyway...

supposed to be a code for quick level ups

edit: I also forgot to use the program to change the codes to raw format but i dont think that would effect the paths

well i watched a video about using codes on the pcsx2 and it said that wasnt required but the video was from 2007 so its probably not accurate

Hi i need help with a code, i got this one for monster hunter 2

it lets you use the HR of the online mode so you can upgrade all the weapons,it
works on a ps2 when i convert it using CB2crypt i got this

so i create a pnach file named 2F0E94A1.pnach like this

You don't need the Master Code.
As for the Magic and Form Gauge codes; I would like to see the unmodified codes, and which site you got them from.

There are a lot of Kingdom Hearts 2 codes out there that simply don't work, so keep that in mind as well. I only found a few working codes that actually didn't bug up my entire game in the long run.

I need some help here. I tried making a pnach file for Monster Rancher EVO. I cant get any of the monsters in the game because im using an emulator. PCSX2 0.9.7 beta.

this is what I got so far. oh and I cant get the CRC code for some reason when I start up PCSX2 it doesnt show the CRC just the SLUS 21330.

i'm trying to make a patch file for dark cloud and i get an error that says "vtlb miss : addr 0xA3271f9, mode 1" i had an error like that before and noticed the code started with a 1 so i changed it too a 2 and stopped getting that error so i figured this was another code i had to change but i don't have any codes that match that so i'm not sure what the problem is my pnach file is as follows:
