Stuck in Chrono Cross! *Spoilers*

I'm at the part where, after defeating FATE, I'm supposed to goto Hermits Hideaway and examine Kid. After examining her, Masa and Mune are *supposed* to talk about how Kid is the princess and they cant do anything until Dorean arrives. But when I get there, and I press X over Kid, nothing happens. I'm using ePSXe 1.60 and PEC (the only codes I used were Max Str on Norris, Max Stats on Kid, and God Mode on all characters)

I tried disabling PEC, using an older version, and looking it up on GameFAQs, but all the walkthroughs say after going to the Hermits Hideaway Masa and Mune are supposed to start talking. Anyone ran into this problem or know of a fix?

Did you read here? ePSXe 1.6.0 has problems running Chronno Cross, try 1.5.2

I read through that thread, no mention of the Kid/Hermit's Hideaway bug... I moved all my plugins and save states to my epsxe 1.5.2 directory and tried examining Kid without any cheats with no luck :/

NM, looks like I was missing the Chrono Cross you get at the Divine Dragon thing (at the waterfall near Arni Village)

Hopefully someone in the future who gets stuck will search and find this post, and hopefully save him or her self a lot of trouble!
