ISO into PAL

how do i turn an ISO image into a PAL image? or an ISO into a an ELF file?

you're really mixing up your acronyms here, they arent making sense. it'd be like asking how to turn your OMG into a LOL...yeah, doesnt make sense.

it would help if, instead of asking how to do your own home brewed solution, you present the problem and then we'll help you figure out a solution.

LOLMAO!!

You make a PAL ISO image by ripping from a PAL disk.

As for Executable and Linkable Format files, I've never used them.
