Ok so im kninda new but im almost there

so it came to my attention while playing my ff7 that it would be sweet if i could play it on my comp and chat at the same time lol. so i got my bh10001.bin file all set up and everything but now i just get lost. every time i try to start my game it just goes to a black screen. like i said i am a newb when it comes to these things but im slowly getting it i am just wondering how i can finish what i have started. i am soon going to get CDclone ASAP when i go home but i am just asking for your advice on what i should do at this black screen stage.
