Graphics problem

Ok, I've been doing some testing on the different plugins and stuff for which ones work the best for me. And I have narrowed it down to the following:

GSdx9 (MSVC 14.00, SSE2) 0.9.0
P.E.Op.S. SPU2 DSound Driver 1.4.0
Linuzappz Iso CDVD Driver 0.5.0
and the rest are all null
BIOS USA version 1.6

And my system stats are as follows:

AMD Ahtlon64 2800+
Radeon 9600XT
SoundBlaster 24-bit Live!

I made an ISO of the game Kingdom Hearts, don't worry, I own the game, and made the BIOS dump myself. Anyways, the game runs fine through the menu and everything, but after I start a new game and the opening movie starts to play, the fps shoots down to around 8 or 9.

Any help would be appreciated.

maybe that is normal (i don't have the game)
my resident evil dead aim runs 9fps-12fps ingame. and the rest of my games runs 40fps-60fps
