Question Emulator Tweak Request!

Hey.

Im trying to extract some audio from a PSX game. The game stores the audio in a binary file, so it can have one file instead of a lot. (i think ^^ Unfortunatly, I dunno how i would go about converting the file from a bin, and i do need the file converted, i cant just get it out. What would work was if i knew how the game reads the binary data. That would be just as good. Obvously, i cant read the game's code out as-is. I was wondering if someone could make an emulator that prints out the code as it runs, or does something to that effect. If anyone has any other idea as to how the heck i can interpret this binary file, PLEASE tell me! Thanks all.

You can scan your original cd for the music and other stuff with PSMplay.

Just scan the Cd with it, it will read all the data that you will need.

Btw:I hope that you don't mean to scan the .bin image (aka ISO) of your psx Cd.

K.
Try to scan the cd with it.
I'm not 100% sure that the program will be able to extract the data, but I used that prog when I was ripping music and movies from the psx games.

Is that after you have scaned the cd?
When you scan the cd you will save the analyze data file, then after that go to open analyze data.

Btw:If you save the analyze data and close the program the next time you open the analyze data the prog will crash...
...so open the file immediatly after you have saved it.
